Meet Your Mobile Game Development Mentors

We're a friendly team of experienced developers who love helping beginners learn mobile game development. We believe anyone can learn to build games with the right guidance and support. Each of us is here to help you succeed.

Your Learning Support Team

We're real people who started exactly where you are now - as beginners learning mobile game development. We've made all the mistakes, celebrated every breakthrough, and learned what actually works for new developers.

Keiran Mavros

Senior Mobile Game Developer

I started learning React Native in university back in 2019, but it wasn't until 2022 that I really got into mobile game development. What I love most is watching beginners build their first game and seeing how excited they get when it actually works!

Now I spend most of my time creating beginner-friendly tutorials and helping new developers debug their first games. There's nothing more rewarding than watching someone go from "I don't understand programming" to publishing their first mobile game.

Zara Rousseau

Learning Design Specialist

My background is in educational psychology, but I got into game development through a side project in 2021. I was working on an educational app and realized I needed to understand how games are actually built from the ground up.

Now I focus on making our mobile game development courses easy to understand for beginners. It's one thing to know React Native well, but it's completely different to explain it step-by-step so new developers don't get overwhelmed.

Ahmed Mansour

Mobile Development Mentor

I've been developing mobile applications in Egypt since 2020, and I joined JuniorLandCodes because I wanted to help more beginners get into game development. The mobile game market here is growing fast, but there aren't enough developers who understand both React Native and mobile game development.

I handle most of our one-on-one mentoring sessions and help beginners with their first game projects. Seeing someone publish their first mobile game on the app stores never gets old - it's always exciting!

What We Believe About Learning

We started JuniorLandCodes because we were frustrated with how hard it was for beginners to learn mobile game development. Too many courses promised you'd build games but didn't actually teach you the basics step by step.

We believe in learning by building real games, making mistakes in a supportive environment, and understanding why each line of code works. No shortcuts, no overwhelming complexity - just friendly, practical learning that helps you become a confident mobile game developer.

Our Goals for Beginners

By late 2025, we want to have helped 500 beginners become confident mobile game developers who can actually build and publish their own games. Not just people who've completed courses, but developers who understand the basics of mobile game development and feel ready to start their careers.

We're also planning to expand our beginner mentorship program and create more opportunities for new developers to work on real game projects with our support.

Our Journey Helping Beginners

Since starting in late 2022, we've learned as much from our beginner students as they've learned from us. Here's where we stand today and what we've accomplished together in helping new developers succeed.

200+ Beginners Helped Learn
150+ First Games Built
95% Complete First Game
3 Years of Experience

What makes us different isn't revolutionary - it's just consistent, friendly support for beginners. We personally review every student's first game project. We update our curriculum based on what actually helps new developers learn, not just industry trends. And we keep our class sizes small because we've learned that good mentorship works better when we can give everyone individual attention.

Our next beginner program starts in August 2025, and we're currently working on new modules that cover publishing your first game and getting started in the mobile game industry.
